Welcome to 5th Grade!
My name is Tori Druce, and I'm a fifth grade teacher at Belle Hall Elementary. I'm proud to be apart of the Belle Hall community. Students, faculty, and staff are all treated as family at our school, and we all strive to ensure our students are provided the best educational experience.
My family has been in Charleston for many years. My mother was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant. I was, however, born in McDonough, Georgia. Since my father was in the Navy, we moved around a lot. We finally settled here in Mt. Pleasant in 2002. I went to Moultrie Middle and Wando High School. I continued on to the College of Charleston where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in education. I have been with Belle Hall Elementary since 2013.
I teach Social Studies, Math, and Reading. My passion is teaching, and my goal is to provide my students with enrichment and a learning experience that is also fun! I like to incorporate arts within my lessons and have cross curricular activities! I like to teach my lessons with music, songs, dancing, skits, drawings, and more. I believe learning should have a lot of movement and interaction! I'm excited about this school year, and I ensure your child will have a wonderful last year of elementary school!
