Field Day Fun

Our annual field day was a blast! The weather cooperated and the students enjoyed playing some cooperative and competitive games. These students played a rousing game of Rock, Paper, Scissors.

Congratulations to Mrs. Madeline Griffith, our 2025 Teacher of the Year! Mrs. Griffith is fortunate enough to work with every student in the school. She inspires so many kids to be creative. We are so fortunate to have her at Belle Hall!

Lucky to Read with You

First grade just hosted their annual "Lucky to Read with You" event. Students invited a family member or loved one to enjoy reading together in their classroom. This is just one example of how BHE families and teachers work together to help students succeed as readers.

Child Development Students Celebrate Learning

Child Development classes recently wrapped their unit on wheels. As a culminating event, students "drove' their customized cardboard box cars to the cafeteria for a movie and popcorn. Who says learning isn't fun?

Student Council Takes Action!

Our Student Council took action to help animals in the lowcountry. Student council organized a pet supply drive to benefit Pet Helpers. Thank you to all who donated supplies to help these animals in need! Thank you also to Mrs. Cragg and to Student Council for coordinating this event!

Touch a Truck 2025

Kindergarten and Child Development students explored  variety of career paths through Touch-a-Truck day. Students saw vehicles ranging from bulldozers, to fire trucks, to cement trucks...and more!

Spring iReady for K-5 students: 3/27-4/2 (Closed campus until 10:00 AM)

SC Ready for 3-5 students: May 5, 6, 8, 13, 15 (Closed campus)

Please avoid absences and appointments during these days.

 

Multilingual Learner ACCESS testing: for K-5 ML students. Kindergarten week of Jan 21. Gr 1-5 week of Jan 27. This is only for identified ML students.

Garden Club Fun

Students in all grade levels help out in the school garden on a rotating basis. Not only do they help out, but they also may sample the items grown in the garden. These students are enjoying smoothies made with Belle Hall-grown produce.

Fifth Grade Spelling Bee Champions

Congratulations to our fifth grade spelling bee champions! These students will go on to compete at the district level.

Belle Hall is like a big, fabulous family filled with individuals who know and support each other. There is no other school I would have preferred for my own kiddos to attend, and there is no place I'd be prouder to teach. From administration to my fellow colleagues to the families and students with whom I spend my days, Belle Hall offers the complete and most wonderful package.
