Mr. Conklin, Principal

Mr. Kevin Conklin has been the principal of Belle Hall Elementary School since 2008. He began his career in CCSD in 1993 as a 5th grade teacher at Stono Park Elementary for 6 years, then became the assistant principal at Goodwin Elementary. From 2000 to 2007, he served as the principal at North Charleston Elementary, McNair Elementary, then St. Andrew's Elementary School of Math & Science. He holds BA and MA degrees from the University of Illinois-Chicago, as well as, an MEd in School Administration from The Citadel. Mr. Conklin grew up in Mississippi and currently lives in Mt. Pleasant with his wife and daughter. He is a baseball fanatic who also enjoys running, reading, cooking, the beach and family time.
Dr. Bramble, Assistant Principal

Dr. Amy Bramble began her career in education in 2012 as a fifth-grade teacher at Ashley River Creative Arts Elementary School in West Ashley. She served as the school's Teacher of the Year in 2019 and then represented as one of CCSD's Top 5 Teachers of the Year. After teaching for nine years at ARCAE she taught a year at Goodwin Elementary in North Charleston. In 2022, she transitioned to the role of Assistant Principal at Belle Hall Elementary. Dr. Bramble holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, a Master of Science degree in Special Education from Central Connecticut State University, a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, and a Post Master's Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from George Washington University. Dr. Bramble lives in West Ashley with her husband and two daughters. Outside of school, Dr. Bramble enjoys spending time with family, going out to eat, and traveling. Dr. Bramble loves and is honored to be a part of the Belle Hall Elementary Community.
